Refund policy

We are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take back the product. We have a generous 7-day no-questions-asked return policy.
Kindly request a return via mail at Jaipurite.corp@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium.
For claiming the wrong product / different product / damaged product / defective product, the customer needs to provide an unboxing video of the received package covering all sides of the outer packaging and inner items in a single frame (without any cuts or joints in the video). Shipping labels and other details must be clearly visible in the video.
If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order.
Order once moved to shipped, it can not be cancelled.
In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped - you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation order. If you do not get your amount within 7 days of cancellation you can reach us at Jaipurite.corp@gmail.com .
